overall sense of well-being. In this class, we will balance body and mir

increase energy and increase men clarity through breath exercises,

yoga postures and guided meditation. This is a fun intro to the

benefits of Kundalini style yoga for all levels. Beginners are always welcome.

Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa is a style of yoga characterized by stringing postures together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, using breath Commonly referred to as "flow" yoga. Come get in a good stretch, relax at the end of your day or practice your flow, and let the worries of your disappear.
