The Forge offers a weekly schedule of classes for every level. Whether you want to dial up the intensity or take a more relaxed approach, we’ve got a class with a spot just for you. Create your own personalized schedule or work with a coach to choose the classes that suit your needs and help you reach all of your mind/body goals.
FITNESS
Join an encouraging and uplifting environment of all fitness levels (typically 5-15 members per class). HIIT training, Strength & Conditioning, Yoga, Olympic Weightlifting & Recovery classes offered.

Yoga
Take your health journey to the next level with a mind body approach. Learn breathing techniques, gain flexibility as well as body mobility, spiritual empowerment, and relive stress.

TRANSFORMATION
Work one-on-one or in semi-private groups with an expert trainer to reach your desired goals, both performance & aesthetics. Your coach will build a custom blueprint to hit your goals and hold you accountable along the entire journey. Including weekly check -ins, nutrition counseling, and progressive programming.

MARTIAL ARTS
Whether you are wanting self defense, or to learn a special skill , martial arts can provide you with both and at the Forge our world class coaches will have you excelling week after week in the art of Catch Wrestling, PTK (Kali), Wing Chun, and More

YOUTH
Starting at Age 5 , our specially designed youth classes can give your littles the much needed energy release they're lacking. On top of great recreation, our youth programs instill discipline, boost confidence, learn skills and are most of all Fun! The Forge is the place to go If you are looking to get your kids into an extracurricular activity that they can use for life!
