After School Program

No need to worry about carpools, taking off work early, or bus routes. Let our team handle afterschool pick up. 

Kids will have an allocated time to get homework done and have a snack  before the fun activities start. This will aid in keeping them on track in their studies and have help on standby for any school questions.

Monday - Thursday they will have a full skill and technique class from our resident black belt instructor. These classes will not only teach sport specific skills, it will also encourage confidence, discipline and team work.    

This is an active program and our coaches provide kid specific activities for little bodies. Most do not get enough energy release throughout the day during their peak body development. Kids Fit provides physical exercise while having fun!
